After they had Miles, they experimented on him, embedding him with spider-like DNA. One day, after work, his parents were in a terrible car accident, killing both of them. Miles has been on his own ever since. He hides his emotions with his jokes, and doesn't have a lot of problems with anyone. He has made it his problem to do away with trouble makers, and even has his own suit for it.
