And yes, it should be run by admins, so that you're not using either to bully other players, single them out or be foolish. You came in as one character, you stay one character. Anything else happens, that isn't instituted by an admin, we take control of it. If this were to be let go, there is nothing stopping you from very randomly and suddenly spouting clones everywhere. That is, to phrase it, not in your job description.
It's also been brought to my attention that Yume is the exact same character that very recently became a dragon. Also very randomly. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS IN YOUR BIO. This is my problem, largely, in a nutshell.))
