Gregor was smiling at Jess and Ely. The old group was back together. When she looked at him, his smile wavered with hers. He knew something was wrong. Then it hit him. She was gone. He didn't say anything. He was waiting for the information to register.

His eyes got blurry, and the faint smell of salt can be picked up. He shakes his head, as if he had a headache. He sat down, shaking his head. The information mentioned above hit him full force as a tear dropped, followed by another, followed by many more. Silent tears.

"...When did she? How did she?" He asked, confused and irritated. A low growl can be heard.
