Strength: Tactics, Leadership, Diplomacy. Field Healing, she can't do, but in a safe zone, she can. Recon/Information Gathering/Scouting/Spying, Interpreter/ Emissary, Peacekeeping, could be a double agent or infiltrator easily

Weakness: She cannot or will not be an Assassin. She doesn't care to be a warrior or fighter. Being on a battlefield would be a horror for her.

Strength and Weakness: Her ability as an empath is a double edged sword. She can feel the suffering of others and figure out what they need to cease suffering. But she feels their pains. Too much emotion, especially, the negative, can disable her or weaken her.
