Nicola's brow furrowed slightly into an expression of thought. She looked at Freya. "Daughter, are you sure that it was wise to seek such a thing? Spirits are often very self focused. They have personal aims that they would see accomplished. Most don't necessarily care for the pains of the mortal world." She asked as a teacher would, seeking to find out what Freya learned in all of it.

She huffed at her husband quietly, lifting their linked hands to nip playfully at his fingers. "Stop that. If you keep this up, she will shut us from her life for fear that you will maim or kill all of friends she has. You will make our little girl angry."
