Night fell, and sleep came for most. Two people slept in their own beds, unknowingly dreaming of one another. Threads tugged lightly within both of them, bound as they were.
From sleep to dream, both fell into a whirlpool of their own memories, those shared. Doubt, fear, shame, and jealousy had begun coloring their bonds vaguely. Magic had bound them, in many ways, painfully. Now, both psyches and souls were set free of earthly bonds.
Flying in the blink of an eye, both find themselves standing together in white marble halls. Torches lit the walls. It doesn't make it a warmer place. It, in fact, makes it appear startlingly cold.
Kaya stood in a white linen double chiton. It fits loosely over her frame, seeming to not reveal much from the front. It is only obvious once viewed from the side that the dress not nearly so modest.
It is clasped together with golden twining knots that looked like thorned roses. The line of her body is clearly shown through in an inch and half of skin. She has similar cuffing around her forearms. Clear tattoos appear on her forearms, two daggers. Her hair is gathered in dark curls on her head, her eyes lined in kohl and her lips tinted. Her sandals laced up her calves, also gold in color. Ivy is twined in her hair. A golden chain wraps her waist, the end dangling along her thigh, another rose ending it.
Her skin is golden olive, her blue green eyes alive with the colors of the Aegean. Most every detail of her form is well manicured and perfectly cared for. There is a polish and pristine quality about her. She looks not unlike a priestess for her mother. Her face is wary. It is also obvious she's not wholly confused about this circumstance. She certainly knows where they are.
