Market Ruins / Re: shin's magic item shop

Her eyes were cold as she glared at the plushy.  She had merely asked a question that any shopkeeper should expect to hear.  She set 5 of the gold down on the counter picked up her items, and flipped her hair back heading back out of the shop in a huff.

Kumiko walked through the aisles.  Picking up a few small things, she headed to the counter and looked at the plushie.  Setting them down she pulled out a small bag with shining gold.  Hoping it worked well enough for currency here she sighed quietly.  "How much?"  She asked shortly.

The girl gave the plushie a strange look as the kitten mewed softly.  Her travels through worlds however had taught her not to be surprised by strange.  She turned down an aisle, staying quiet like she normally did.  Her bright blue eyes slowly scanned the shelves, looking for things that caught her eyes.

Kumiko was wandering around the island, still trying to get a feel for the new area.  She always broke off by herself for a while once she and Tatsuya traveled.  Her eye catching at an interesting shop she wandered in and started to look around.  The black kitten happily perched on her shoulder.

Hearing him speak Kumiko walked closer and sat down next to him.  "I don't know.  I can't argue with you, everyone here has been really strange.  I'm not even sure I prefer this to being back on the streets."  she sighed.  That was certainly telling of how the girl felt about her experiences here so far.

A quiet form followed her companion.  The black feline jumped out of her arms and nuzzled against Tatsuya's leg.  Kumiko leaned back against a tree near him.

7
Kumiko walked over to Tatsuya and offered him a hand to get up, still eying the strange man.  Her feline companion ran across the field and jumped into her arms.  She listened to the man's words but refrained from speaking still.

8
At being knocked to her feet Kumiko glared up at the newcomer.  Pulling herself to her feet and dusting herself off aggregatively, she stared at him.  Falling into her silent ways.

Kumiko saw the boy come at her.  In a flash the winged girl was in front of her spear at the ready.  When he suddenly changed course towards Tatsuya as her companion.  Medea quickly launched a fire blast at the blade master.

When Tatsuya started to sink into the ground Kumiko looked around for the source of the spell.  Looking up she noticed a boy sitting up in the trees, muttering under her breath she looked at Medea.  Medea flew up beneath him and shot a shadow blast at him from behind before flying back down to help Tatsuya out with her spear.

Kumiko heard Sayi's yell across the field.  She settled her gaze on him for a moment, Medea hovering behind her as she did.  She wasn't always the first to jump into a fight.  More likely to enter into a scuffle when it was a matter of defending herself or someone she cared for, although that list was not long.  However she wasn't likely to leave Tatsuya on his own either.

She turned a worried look as Tatsuya smashed into the ship, breathing a light sigh of relief when he got back up.  She smirked lightly at Elliot's comment about Medea, before moving herself partially out of the way, to her companion didn't need to worry about her with his bullets.  Looking up at Medea she said quickly, "Medea, shadows."

The winged girl nodded at her summoner.  Swinging the spear out, shadows swirled about her.  She grinned slightly as she disappeared into the shadow waiting for her next command, moving to a more opportune location.

Kumiko sighed at the voice echoing through the room.  She shot the brown haired boy a glance as he took his leave.  She looked at Tatsuya and rubbed her head lightly.

Kumiko sighed at the growing tension.  She didn't really want to impose on someones home, but at the same time it seemed to hold some amount of anger somewhere hidden carefully behind those blue eyes.  The boy spoke to her with a polite tone, but his words didn't read the same.  This girl is well versed in the ways of the world.  She set her hand on Tatsuya's shoulder lightly and gave him a look that he would know.  She looked at the woman.  "If there are other places that we could find a place to stay would you point us in that direction."  She rubbed her temple lightly.  "We merely are here to help."

Kumiko ran her fingers through her hair as she smiled at Tatsuya.  She settled at his side, and looked around again.  "It works for me.  I trust your choices.  You've certainly never steered me wrong before." She shrugged lightly setting her cat on the ground, checking her gun holster as she stood back up.

Kumiko's shoulders rose in a light shrug as her cat jumped from her shoulder to her arms.  "Sure whatever you say.  Pretty much anything works for me."  She scratched the cats head softly, walking over to Tatsuya.

Kumiko first looked at the boy who spoke.  Her eyes settled on him, a wary look filled them.  There is a knowing in her eyes, a look that says she's possibly seen more than one her age should have.  Her gaze shifts to the woman next.  She sighs still following her companion.  Finally she spoke up. "I'm sorry.  We are likely lost."
