jizero grabs anihe's hand and vanishes

Miles walked through the park and stopped to get some cotton candy. "Blueberry,Please.." He said. After he had his candy, he paid for it and walked away.

Kaya pulled Haro by the hand to the cotton candy stand. She stood in the line, bouncing just a bit in place. Her head tilted slightly, nose scenting the spun sugar. It was little surprise when her eyes swirled to be somewhere between the blue and the purple of the cotton candy flavors.
She looked at Haro, tilting her head in question this time, asking, "Which flavor do you like? I always have a hard time deciding. My brain just goes off on the 'sugar, sugar'sugar' tangent. After that, I'm just done."

"hm? um... do they have pocky flavor?" he half-joked

She laughed, shaking her head. "You're obsessed. Just entirely obsessed. You might get lucky, and they do. I swear, I'm never gonna smell or see pocky again without thinking of you. I don't know how I feel about that." She rolled her eyes.
She thought out loud. "You love pocky almost as much as I love chocolate. But, I'm a girl, so that's expected. 'Sides, the empath having something that produces feel good chemicals in the body is just a good plan."

:P haro laughed. "so do they have chocolate then?"

The girl's eyes widen. "I totally didn't think of that... Maybe they do! Holy crap, that would make my day!" She now bounced even more enthusiastically. Just call her Tigger. She stopped bouncing only to begin bobbing her head to a tune that only she heard, apparently.
They moved up in the line until it was their own turn to pick one of the sugary confections. Unfortunately for both, there was neither a pocky nor a chocolate flavor. Kaya pouts slightly, but chooses a swirling of the pink and blue. Perfect for the indecisive.
She waits for Haro to make his choice, and then wanders off to sit in the shade of a tree. She eats cotton candy rather messily, pulling bits off here and there, and generally making her fingers sticky as all get out. Her lips turn faintly blue-ish.

haro smiled and just got the same, and followed her. he ate it more calmly, just taking bites out of it. "hm?..." haro noticed her lips change shade and let out a light laugh. "you got alittle bit, right here" he poked her lip as he said this.

She blinked, her tongue automatically flicking out to lick her lip where he'd poked her. Her nose scrunched. "What is it with your second obsession of poking me? What is that?!" One of her own sticky fingers poked first his lip, then his nose.
She giggled softly. "You got a little.." She gestured toward his nose, which was now vaguely sticky from her own fingers. To add insult to injury, she laughed and proceeded to kiss his cheek, which deposited more of the sugary sweetness, now on his cheek. She snickered lightly, continuing to munch on her cotton candy with a mock innocent expression.

haro once again turned red. but he simply laughed. "hay, uve got abit more there" he pointed vaguely, inviting the question of where he ment

She gave him a vaguely suspicious look. "I've got something where?" Oh, that tone is priceless, as is the cautiously wary expression on her face. She's paused her eating of the cotton candy, one of her brows arched rather regally.

"right there, dont you feel it? its right..." haro stuck his cotton candy into her face, covering her nose and mouth "...there" he laughed :P

Her head jerked back to avoid being cotton candied, and just for kicks and giggles, she took a very large bite out of his cotton candy. She let it dissolve in her mouth happily, swallowing the syrupy mess before she spoke. "Yum, so much better when it's stolen." There is now a very large chunk missing from Haro's treat. How did that small mouth fit that huge bite in it?
She giggled quietly, then noisily bussed his other cheek, transferring more of the sticky onto him. Somewhere in the back of her mind, Kaya thanked the kami that her hair was pulled back from her face. Cotton candy hair would not a happy goth girl make.

"eh?" his eyes widened slightly in suprise. haro smiled blushing and stuck his tongue at her. "tch, fine, u win"

She stuck a blue tinted tongue out at him in return, finishing her cotton candy. She reached gingerly into the messenger bag that was never far from her, pulling out a wet nap for herself. Nonchalantly wiping off her hands, she made him think that she wouldn't give him one. She finished her own grooming, tossing the trash out.
An unopened nap was tossed at him. She gestured to his face as a whole. "You got a little..." She stuck out her tongue and waited for him to wipe his own face and throw out his trash. When he'd finally finished, she poked him in the side as they walked toward their next destination, tickling slightly, but stopping before it became anything drawn out.
Mercurial as only a teenaged girl can be, Kaya went quiet, though not sullenly so. She figured it was his turn to ask questions.

haro laughed and wiped his face up and walked with her. after abit of silence, he finaly said something.
"so um... wh-what do you wanna do next?" he asked shyly

She eyed him thoughtfully. There he goes getting shy again... She grinned slightly at her own thoughts. "I'm thinking the whirly thing over that way." She pointed in the general direction of the contraption. This time, she waited for him to take her hand or make a gesture to something in that vein.
Her eyes, typically indicative of her mood, swam somewhere between blue and violet, in an interesting lavender shade. Who knew what that meant? It seemed she'd decided to go quiet and let him do the work of asking questions and finding things out about her.

haro nodded. "alright then" he aiad simply, and walked with her to the ride. about half way there, he made an attempt at holding her hand, but in a combination of shy clumsyness and nevrousness, his hand only touched hers before chickening out and receding into his pocket. he acted like he didnt do anything, but his red face and his emotions both screamed his embarasment. his thoughts were clearly along the lines of telling himself how stupid that was.

The waves of shyness and embarrassment coming from him were palpable. And for a confident girl like Kaya, it's a somewhat foreign sensation. And not a particularly comfortable one, at that. That lavender gaze found his, softening slightly. "Stop that. You're doing it again." She didn't expound on what it was. The girl didn't feel it really necessary.
She tugged the arm closest to her, pulling his hand from his pocket. This arm, she proceeds to drape over her shoulders. She hooks her own arm around his waist. "Now, loosen up and relax. And quit doing the internal harangue." Her eyes lifted, looking him in the eye. "Got me?" Despite the gentle admonishment, she still smiles at him to soften the blow further.

"..." haro smiled and held his arm where she laid it. "im sorry. its hard to help it some times."

She continues looking at him. "Why is it so hard to help it around me? I'm just me, just Kaya. I'm not exactly big and scary or something." She really doesn't get it. Her lips pursed slightly. "Is there any way I can help?"

haro looked at her abit confused. "b-but you... if you read emotions... you realy dont..."

She poked him in the forehead with her index finger. "Just because I can feel what you're feeling doesn't mean I all together understand why you feel that way. You're a swordsman. Just because you know the feel of a blade in your hand, doesn't mean you know how a strike feels to the sword itself. Or what a sword thinks." Those lavender eyes rolled. Everyone just assumed because she knew what they felt, that she'd know why.
"This is just like what happened with Jizero. He felt hostility toward me, and I felt that, but he expected me to know why! I'm not a damn mind reader. If anything, this whole empath thing makes it that much more necessary to communicate with me. Because I don't want to read it wrong. You lose people that way!" She gave a huff, a bit of impatience intermixed with a real hurt and frustration. This always happened. It never failed.

"..." he looked at her get upset. he didnt assume as much as she thought he did, but he thought that his emotion was an obvious one. "... im sorry kaya, i didnt mean it like that..." he put his other arm around her, and hugged her, still shy but trying his best to ignore it.

For long moments her body remained a bit stiff, but it didn't take long for her to relent, and relax against him. She returned the hug with a sigh, head falling to rest against his chest. "I don't often experience some of the things you do. I can't remember being shy. Or feeling embarrassed in a situation like this. Most often, I know what people want or need because I can intuit from their emotions what that is. I guess I'm having trouble doing that with you." There's an undertone in her voice, but it's hard to place.
"I guess I know that, for some reason, I make you feel shy and uncertain, and nervous. But, I'm not sure what about me does it, and if I should stop doing the things that make it happen." Having no experience to go on left the poor girl in the dark.

haro held the girl close, but loosely. a comfortable embrace. he looked at her, then looked up to compile his thoughts into words. words he was then too shy to let out. "i..." he tryed to speak, but his words fell, never passing his lips. the least he could muster, though, was some reassurance that she wasnt doing something bad."they... arnt bad things... i ..." with that he stoped, not having any clue what the right words were.

She looked up, resting her chin on his chest. "Stop clamping down on the words. You don't have to be a poet. Just speak the truth. Babble if you have to. Sometimes it helps." She smiled slightly, but the words were no less serious. Sometimes babbling did help. She continued to meet his eyes, the look giving encouragement.
"You're not saying something. I'd gather from shyness or uncertainty. Just say it. I'm not going to laugh, or do anything so mean. I certainly won't make fun of you. You're gonna have to trust me sooner or later, ya know."

haro looked back into her eyes, he was as dumb founded as ever at her ability to say just the right things. the thought occured that she was able to figure all that out, but not his deeper emotion? but he shook that thought aside and was simply locked in her eyes. he wasnt one for words, babbling or not, it wasnt his forte. he had his moments, but never when he needed them. rather, it came as sage advice for others he could never find for himself. thoughs rattled in his head, some screams, others whispers. what to say? what to say? where are the words? words... words... no words!
the moment happened before he relized it. he wasnt aware completely till it had happened. he turned red as it started to occur to him this was real. haros lips were locked with kayas, and he couldnt move them away... no, he just didnt want to. his body had expressed what his mind could not. time seemed to stand still to him, and his heart raced ever faster as more thoughts poured in explaining what had just occured.

The only thought that occurred to Kaya before her mind went blank was something very simple. Well, I did point out that he spoke more in actions than words... Then most of the world, and her thought with it, blinked out for a second. Or that's what it seemed like to the girl.
In all actuality, the world still turned, and life still moved around them, but you could have fooled Kaya. Her lips moved beneath his, returning the kiss chastely, but nevertheless, reciprocating.
When the kiss ended, her eyes were closed, and they slowly opened, revealing unfocused truly violet eyes that had gone soft and somewhat surprised. "Oh. Well,- Huh." Was about all the girl managed, nibbling on her lower lip.
It took a moment, but she smiled slowly. "I think I got it now." She laughed softly, but kept his gaze. Her next words were a soft challenge. "Do it again. I don't want you to lose your nerve now."

haros face was deep red when they separaited.his eyes still locked on hers. when she laughed, he looked down slightly, but sprang back to her eyes at her challange, and a small smile broke his blank, shocked expression. and so, he accepted the challange, this time dipping her back alittle, holding her at the waist. and again the world paused, nothing else seemed to exist

The girl had the wherewithal to react, lacing her hands behind his neck. She went so far as to nibble lightly at his lower lip, and give as good as she got. She made a purring mew of a noise. It's a good sound.

haro held her tightly as they kissed. though he had no experience in this prior to this evening, he attepted to imitate/follow her lead, with what came naturally. (bad at describing so imagine as u wish >3> sry for ruining the show, im lazy)
though the moment seemed a beautiful eternity, in reality it was mere moments. when it broke, some carnival goers had stoped and staired. some 'ooo's and snickering in the background. haro never noticed however, his eyes fixed back on her the instant they opened back up.
then the note hit. he looked at it confused. '.'

Kaya had a rather peaceful sort of look on her face. She blinked slowly, paying no mind to the small crowd gathered around. "That's better. No more uncertainty." Her fingers brushed affectionately at his nape, the long nails a light tickle over the skin. She looked at the note, reading it.
Her eyebrows furrowed slightly in confusion. "What the hell does it mean? And who is it from?" She'd linked her hand with Haro's, and still stood close. It gave the impression that, even though the two were surrounded by strangers, they were more apart and insular this way, and willingly so.
The older couples that watched smiled slightly at what they saw, while the younger children in the crowd made childish gagging noises and whispered of cooties.
