Miles landed here and began to look at the clouds.

Miles got up, wondering where he was going to go. He jumped off of the roof and swung away.

"YAHOO!!!" He screamed as he swung on the rooftop. "This hero thing is working for me.." He said, crawling onto the wall of the academy.

"pricipal kyo appeared on the roof of the school" so many new students.... "he closed his eyes, the world became black. he listened to the many conversations that were going on on O'raion. " my my my...... "he crossed his arms and stood there still listening"

*sits down and takes a round container out and unfolds it * I over did myself with this cake

Miles swung back on the rooftop. "Huh.... This place is pretty cool.." He said, looking at the academy below. "This costume is sorta growing on me."

Mika flew up to the roof looking for Miles, though after the crazyness of class she wasn't sure that he would be here.

Miles was still on the roof, hugging his knees. He looked up and saw Mika. "Hey..What's up?"

"Hey, I wanted to see how you were doing. You left class in such a rush. I feel like I hurt you, and if i did I really didn't mean too." Mika said softly looking at the ground.

"Hurt me?? How did you do that? I'm not hurt.." He said, checking his body for scars.

"Not physically hurt you." Mika sighed. "I was worried I hurt your feelings. I just wanted to make sure you were okay. Want to talk for a while." Mika sat down next to Miles.

"How'd you hurt my feelings? I'm confused....But yeah, we can talk for a while."

"I could also just be a spazz. I tend to worry a lot." Mika sighed cursing her over reacting tendancies. "I liked the note you put on my foot."

His cheeks turned a bright pink and he buried his head into his knees. "Thanks... I think.. So how do you like it here so far?"

"Its definately a change. It'll take me a while to get used to it. Although for the most part the people i've met seem nice." Mika said "How about you?"

"Well, everyone I've talked to so far either really likes me or hates me.." He said, looking at the ground.

Later on in the day, Kaya comes to the roof of the school. Fresh air, flat surfaces, and less people. Less people could be interesting. Or sometimes having a bird's eye view let you spy on people. Could be either or.
She reaches into her messenger bag, and pulls a set of jade runes from inside. The runes are in a black velvet back tied tightly shut. She shakes the bag a bit, and then spills the runes out onto the rooftop. Time to see what jade had to say.

*yukimora walks on to the roof walking pass kaya looking to the sky*hmmm what a peaceful day huh ms.kaya?

She looks up from the runes, still muttering quietly, "...goddamn thing always showing up. Tell me something I don't know, for crying out loud." It hasn't truly set her off, because her smile is still in place. "Yep, gorgeous day. Fresh air is good. How are you today, Yukimora? I'll let you in on a little secret. Aced my math test, no storms this week."
The teenaged girl had to make a joke of it. Laughing was better than bemoaning facts.

She looking back down at her runes again. Her tone has changed vaguely, though it's hard to pinpoint what has done so. "I spent it out in the woods. Tracking and survival has to be good for something, you'd think. How about you?" As she spoke, her words got more and more empty.

Kaya scoops her runes up like jacks, and stashes them quickly back into the bag. Her dagger is grabbed before she follows behind him in short order.

Mika slowly made her way up to the roof of the school. She was still sore from the earlier shock. She got to the roof, and she saw Anihe in the corner. "Hey are you okay?" she asked.

"I don't believe you." Mika said seriously. "I will understand if you don't want to talk about it, but know I'm always here if you want to talk. I swear im a good listener."

Miles swung onto the roof, not exactly landing, but falling onto his face. He stay sprawled out on the roof because of exhaustion. "So..Tired."

Mika sat next to Anihe. "No one ever wants to feel ignored. It's not selfish to think like that."

jizero grabs his kovers hand and takes off

In a black sleeveless top, and a black jean skirt, out wanders Kaya. Her dark lensed shades covered her changeable eyes, while a worn out old dagger cleans her nails. She sat at the edge of the roof, fearlessly dangling her legs over the side. She wasn't worried.
An owl circles, then lands on the edge next to the girl. She looks at it, and it does the same. She held out her arm, and it climbed the tender flesh. She doesn't get a scratch from it. It perches on her shoulder, and picks lightly at her hair. And then nips her ear, until she produces something from her pocket. It proceeds to eat whatever it is, hopping down and standing one legged to do so.
Kaya returns to studying the sky for moments. A mirror is pulled from a pocket, and she sets it in her lap.

Miles swung onto the rooftop and went to lay down on the center of the roof. "Not this time.." He said to himself.

Wearing a white collared shirt with a brilliant red tie *Zero* enters the roof.Zero walks to the center of the roof and notices the girl,but looks away up in the sky with a sigh.

Nobu appears on the roof and looks at zero
Nobu: a new student huh what can you do?

haro comes out of the stair well and onto the roof, pocky hanging out of his mouth. he didnt expect to see other people up here, this is usually the time he relaxes up here. he looked at the teacher and the freshmen. "the view isnt as enjoyable when its noisy" he said as he walked between the pair and over to the ledge to sit, his back turned and legs hanging over the edge.

"down there, kid" haro points down to the field, the teacher is already there waiting

finaly in silence, haro lets out a sigh and a slight smile. the ocean wind blows his hair, the sounds and smells of the ocean fill the air, and he seems peaceful, and unusually happy. a tear forms in his eye and drops to the ground before he comes back into this plane of awareness and pops another pocky into his mouth, letting his hair fall over his eyes, as if to hide his emotions from anyone who may notice him.

Kaya still gazed outward, though her hackles had raised very briefly at the exchange that went on behind her. Her feet kick lazily, and it seems like she doesn't notice a thing around her.
And then she spoke to the boy still on the roof. "Hard to hide from an empath, dude. I feel whatever you people are feeling. The new kid is adorable, if not a little eager to please. I got nothin' to say for the teacher, but you...You're happy about something, and it's almost a surprise even to you." She delivered this all softly and matter of factly.

"..." the boy smiled slightly, never turning to the girl. "...my mother used to take me to the beach every day..."

Kaya kept her own gaze outward. "The beach is one of my favorite places. Purely elemental and peaceful at the same time. I go there now to meditate. It helps me concentrate, since meditation is just not that easy for me." Her feet were kicking again, and with a low hoot, the owl flew off once more.
It wings into the air, seeming to catch a thermal and rise quickly without having to flap much. She smiled at the avian, and it seemed to remain above her, keeping watch over it's mistress. For her part, the girl just relaxed. If the other wanted to say something, he would. Otherwise, silence would be a thing.

"ya... the beach has always been my favorite place to go. this island has a beautiful one"
at this point he had been done with the last pocky stick for awhile, but hadnt yet poped another in, like he normally would.

Kaya nodded her head. "Sorry if that seemed a little nosy. Haven't learned how to turn off my radar yet. I'm Kaya, a fourth year. Didn't mean to intrude. Couldn't help but agree with what you said to the new kid and the teacher, though. Cockiness and jackassery get on my nerves, straight up." Derision is pouring from her tone.
Her hands began playing with the breeze a bit, and it almost seemed as if it responded to her. Like it played back.

"oh, dont worry about it. i guess i needed to talk anyway, or i wouldnt have replyed" he stated with a smile. "im haro, a 2nd year. its nice to meet you kaya. and nice to talk to someone who thinks similarly to me"

The girl smiled a little at that. "It is good to have someone understand and think similarly. And you'd be surprised how often people don't know they need to talk. Being an empath can tell you just how messed up someone is in their own head." The very thought almost gives Kaya a headache.
"What do you get yourself into? If you don't mind my asking, of course." The girl was a mixture of curious and reticent. One might gather the reticence came because of her natural ability.

*jumps on to top of roof and lands on other side* okay I haven't had you in a while my friend *pulls out a whole cake* okay let dig in *bites in to slice of cake*

She smiled slightly. It had an edge of the enigmatic. "If that's how you'd like it to translate, sure." Kaya used such things to read into people. And this one read loud and clear. Check, he does not like to talk much about himself, at least the personal stuff.
The arrival of another individual snapped Kaya's head around. She lifted a hand, waving to a person she hadn't formally met. But, her attention was still firmly on her conversation partner.

haro seemed slightly irritated by the new arival and her... volume. but he simply ignored her and focused on his conversation. "well, im a swordsmen in training" he said patting the bokken at his side. "so im in my second year of melee wepons and swordsmenship. im also in demonology 2 and history1. what about you?"

*waves back* (they seem quiet ggood this school doesn't need anymore annoying ones) *bites into cake aggain

Kaya nodded slowly. "That fits. Nice weapon, there. For me, I'm in the top levels of Survival, Demonology, Tracking, PE/Melee Training, and Elemental. Those have been my areas of study that I've preferred. I did a sprinkling of a couple others, but they didn't much suit me." She lifted her shoulder in a semblance of a shrug. The other individual made her less willing to ask questions.
She dropped her voice, so as not to be heard. "I haven't had much of a chance to get to know most people here. Some just...strike me wrong. Anybody you can really tell me about? Positive or negative. Warnings welcome."

Miles swung on top of the roof to get some rest. He looked around to see a new face, looking to be in conversation with Kaya, and Anihe, eating cake...as usual.

Miles looked up at someone calling his name. "Oh.. Hey." He said, absentmindedly.

haro moved alittle closer and lowered his voice as well. "well, this ones loud, but shes a pretty good swordsmen. thats all i know of her. then theres miles, the spider kid. hes abit odd sometimes but i atribute that to him crushing on the dark dressed girl, ayame. ayame seems quiet, i know little about her but ive seen her shape shift into a cat before. those 3 are all freshmen. the boy from before ive never met till i shooed him off the roof, so i only know what u do. the teacher with him teaches a ninja class, so i dont know him either. past that i dont know alot of people... oh, theres one more. theres some rich kid here. i duno his abilitys, but he seems to be the steryotypical rich kid. so i avoid him as an annoyance. most of what i know though, ive learned in passing. when you dont talk to alot of people, you cant help but overhear others"

She nodded in agreement. "People like us tend to learn a lot about those around us, just by listening and watching. I'm indifferent on most people I've met." She lifted her head, and a hand to greet Miles. "Heya, Spidey. You're looking a little on the serious side. Wanna tell me what's up a little later?" She waited for the answer, then returned to her conversation
She spoke softly, especially as he'd scooted closer. "Spidey is a good guy. He said something pretty sweet when I was having a little trouble after helping a spirit cross. So far, I've met some pretty decent people. A few on the meh side to me, but what can you do? What do you do for kicks and giggles when you're not in class?"

Miles looked to Anihe. "Maybe some other time.." He said, taking his clothes off, leaving himself only in his costume. Before putting on his mask, he looked to Kaya. "Yeah, meet me at the Beach in a couple of hours." He said, putting on his mask and jumping off of the roof.

"well thats good to hear. if they get your approval ill probably atleast not hate them" he said as a half attempt at a joke. "i dont realy do much. just sword training and looking at the ocean... what about you?"

jizero ninja poofs on the roof and sits down with his legs and arms crossed there are three subjects rolling around in his mind right now he the notice the new kid but doesn't introduce him self on the count the his soul smell lonely

Well if your speaking to me first off i'm Anihe Tamaski i'm the most Awesomest badass you'll ever meet and I am the daughter of the worldest best black smith and in my spare time I just ttrain eat cake and hangout with my friends and boyfriend

"clearly the rooftops are popular this year..." haro let out with an annoyed tone, intending the others to hear

She laughed softly. "Glad you've seen fit to trust my judgement. I shall not steer you wrong." The last is said with a mock seriousness on her face, and to most it might have even sounded like a joke. But her eyes spoke truth. It was very much a fact.
"I'm fond of reading. And Kami and I like to explore and go for walks." She gestured to the owl still soaring above them. "I also have no small amount of skill with runes and tarot. But, I haven't met many here who share that interest. Maybe sooner or later you could help me choose a blade? I'm pretty good with my dagger, but I could stand to hone my long blade abilities." She pulled the finely honed dagger from where it had been tucked at the small of her back.
The dagger is a beautifully crafted weapon. The edge is deadly keen, and the handle of it seems shaped for Kaya's hand. If he wants to look and touch, she surrenders the blade easily, but not before pressing a button.
Because her back is to the rooftop in general, she's able to keep the others from seeing the look on her face. But Haro catches the grimace of disgust that flashes over Kaya's face as the other female speaks up. She nudges him with her shoulder lightly in agreement. Her eyes say, very simply, just ignore it. You can't beat 'em all, and you can't kill 'em.

haro nodded. "i could help you in that" he said with a smile as he examined the blade. he never touched it but looked at it closely. it was clearly special in more ways than one. he also nodded to the nudge in understanding.

She nodded her head, and when the other man spoke up, she looked at him. Her changeable eyes seem to be weighing him, and she isn't hiding that fact. She gave a slow nod. "I would like the help of both of you." She indicated Jizero with a gesture. "I would not ask your Master to craft a blade for someone who does not know how to use it. That would be disrespectful to him, and to his worksmanship." She inclined her head respectfully. "Thank you."
She looked at Haro, smiling slightly. "And if you'll teach me the blade, I'd teach you anything I know. If you want to learn something, that is." She slid her dagger back into it's sheath at the small of her back, where it remained hidden by her tank top.
She looks at Anihe, her eyes seeming to weigh her, as well. It was almost as if this girl saw deeper than the surface, and saw the truth of what lay beneath. "What sort of blade do you work with, and what sort of teacher do you think you will be?" Kaya asked, her head tilted. Her voice is not unkind, but it is not warm, either.

Kaya does not appear worried at the reaction of Jizero. But, the girl is nothing less than plain speaking. "If my reading of your intent bothers you, perhaps that is something to be considered. The girl laid a hand on Haro's shoulder, a gentle squeeze thanking him. Those stormy eyes don't leave the other man who had, unless he explained otherwise, named himself a threat to her. Her voice, musical as it had been, was flat and wintery. "Explain or not. But, until you do and I know that wasn't you being a threat, I'll thank you to keep away from me."
Kaya addressed the girl, her voice softening from it's flat tone. Her eyes don't leave the subject of her suspicion. "I mean, Anihe, do you have the patience of a teacher. You could very well have the skill, but I won't take kindly to being barked at."

"Are you a threat or not? It's not a difficult question. The rudeness of the other is unsurprising, but ill received." Her eyes were a bit more stormy. The sky had begun to darken. Her mannerisms and her word usage had begun to sharpen, and change. But, it was still Kaya. Just a different Kaya than most saw.

The girl was curt, eyes still untrusting. "I'm Kaya Mitsume." Her hand balled into a fist, knuckles turning white. The pain of her nails cutting into her palm helped her keep focused. Everything was hyper focused very suddenly. One breath, two. The sky was still grey, but no longer did the rumbling of approach.
That thunder echoed in her voice as she spoke to Anihe. "I wasn't asking you, Anihe. And if you're so foolish as to believe that I've insulted you, would you like me to do so in actuality and give you good reason to be angry? Everything is not about you." Kaya snapped at the girl, the crackling of the fire and lightning from the younger female only putting the storm child more on edge.
She turned her eyes back to Jizero. Her answer is given in a cool tone. "If you can't even make up your mind what you'd like to be, how am I to know? You're arguing...with yourself. Everything about you is at odds. So, how about you tell me, cuz I'm not here to be your personal psychotherapist."

She looked at the other sister, her eyes narrowed. "And that's why this was an adult conversation. In adult conversations, there isn't a side. Once you understand that, feel free to come back and talk to me. Until then, remain in your little girl world."

Miles lets Anihe break his wrist, as it doesn't hurt. The symbiote covered his body and repaired it. Miles put out his hand and tendrils started to form from his costume, grabbing Anihe's leg and breaking it. Miles made the tendrils retract and then kicked Anihe across the roof.
Miles jumps over Charles and kicks him in the back of the head.

Her sister on the other hand... "Put a leash on her, please. She's being extremely contentious and it's not conducive to helping settle this." She looked at Jizero. "Thank you. I look forward to being able to see the work."
She held up a hand, waiting for Anihe's reply before she left. She motioned Miles to come stand behind her. Maybe that would stop the little brat from causing trouble. And then **** happened. Kaya simply moved into Anihe's way, shutting down the girl's access to Miles before she could get to him. "Stop. Now." She didn't hurt the girl, and in fact, looked at Jizero. "Take her, please." Instead of Miles being where the sword swung, he was behind Kaya. "Stop this, goddammit. Now. One more **** move, and I will report you to the Rep."

The suit, as he's contemplating it, having doubts about it, begins to very subtlely change. He feels it, in a way that he hasn't before, tapping into his inner thought and emotion. As if it wanted to comfort him and reassure him.

She nodded, "Powers have a strong tie to our emotions, a powerful emotional change can disrupt your power use." she said and frowned. "Hm whatever impact she had on you may be changing your powers based on your emotional change. That can be good or bad." she said.

She shook her head "Well you didn't have to feel for her for your emotions to change your powers." she said and tilted her head, "With changing beliefs comes a shift in your emotional set up, even if it's unnoticeable to you, your subconscious knows something has changed and then it can cause your powers to shift." she explained.

Dressed in a blue that, in the dark, pretended to be black very well, the dress Kaya wore suited her being perfectly. It moved as it would, a deep rich velvet, but hugged it's mistress lovingly. Thick hair gathered in a waving tailed mass, and her makeup dramatically goth.
The girl hadn't been able to slip into her darker makeup shades in some time, but now she'd chosen to do so. Her shoes, sandals that laced up her calves, were carried in her hand. Nothing but her black opal pendant adorned her, and to Kaya, that was fine. She waited.
She remained back from those on the roof. The normally friendly girl gave off the air that she didn't feel much like chatting.

Miles, swung onto the roof, landing next to Kaya. He looked at her and knew that something was wrong. "I can tell that you don't feel like talking, so do you just want to go?" He said, extending a hand for her to take.

She smiled at him. "Nothing's wrong, I just didn't really feel like getting into a conversation I'd be cutting short. Let's go." She slipped a slender hand into his, and became pliant, to move as he would.

Miles pulled Kaya close, smiling as he did so. "Hold on tight." He said, jumping off of the roof and swinging to the field.

She smiled a bit, "Your powers will settle." she said simply and nodded.

Cherry drops them bot on the roof.

She saw them and smiled, "Tabe-kun." she said and waved at him. "Yuki-chan." she added, she ran over and hugged him.

Yukio smiled and hugged her back, kissing her forehead. "I've missed you." He said, smiling.

She grinned, "I've missed you as well." she said and looked over at Tabe, "I've been up to nothing, just testing my wings" she said to him and took the gum.

Freya ran a hand through her hair, "I was somewhat "taken" for a bit, Anilese is the demon that decided to bond with me. Thanks to that she is able to be with me in this world since I interest her, and I am able to use her powers." she explained. "Though I think I should go do some training, the tournament starts tomorrow so I wanna be prepared for my fight when it's my turn." she said, smiling she gave them a quick wave and vanished.

a large dark spot grows on the roof and jizero rises out of it he then sits down indian style and plucks the strings on his guitar he begins to think of what life would've been like if mika was his sister he''d imagine all the cute little thins they do together,the a memory pops into his head one that he'd never seen befor it was of he and mika playing to gether while in captivity he remembers how freiiindly her face was and how happy he'd get when ever he got to see her the memory then turns sour when at one moment he remember the blank look in her eye when they were in the testing room together she had no control over her body he knew because he saw his father giving her orders,unwillingly she beat him to a bloody pulp and refused to fight back he did not want to hurt his friend once she was called off jizero struggled to stand but couldn't find the strenth over and overr he repeated the words "i'm sorry" he then was picked up by a woman in a hazmat suit and carried off, once jizero pulled himself together he felt the anger well up inside him he then punched a hole in the roof of the school

One empath sat in the corner of the roof. It was hot outside, but she didn't seem fazed, and neither did her golden skin. Her raven hair was gathered in a messy bun on her head to keep the mass from her back. Her aqua halter top left said back bare. Her white shorts were a concession to the heat, as well.
She sat on a large blanket, and a black cloth sat on top of that in front of her. Her runes were scattered across it. She was concentrating.

haro walked up, taking a smoke break after class, and taking in the ocean view. upon seeing her in focus, he imply sat down against the door of the stairwell and stayed quiet, letting her focus and keeping others from disturbing her.

Even when he didn't bring her attention to him, she knew he was there. She could feel him. Though the wind should have blown her words away from him, they didn't. "I feel you back there, koi. You can sit with me, if you'd like." He couldn't have even guessed she knew anyone was out there with her. She hadn't even twitched.

She laughed softly. "This school is full of a bunch of truants and deviants. And that's just the two of us up here." She rolled one rune around in her hand, as if part of her mind was still on the reading, and it was thinking. Multi tasking and compartmentalizing.

Kaya lifted her brow, and one corner of her mouth "...This year? This changed at some point?" She asked dryly. She shrugged. "It's all right by me. It gives me time to do as I want. I'm used to more fluid teaching styles. I'm used to deciding what I want to learn in any given day.
Which means, sooner or later, I should take up the long blade." Her face says she doesn't enjoy the thought. A thing backed by her words. "I always hated weapons training. I'm good with my daggers. Really good. But, I still loathe the drills. Only good thing is that you'll be my teacher. There anything you wanna learn from me, love?"

She looked at him and grinned. "Baby, I'm water, air and fire. My fire is just lightning. I'm unlikely to use Earth, but I never say never. I can certainly teach you about it. Gonna be a lot about control and discipline. Especially with Fire. Yours can be one destructive element when not controlled.
So, how 'bout this. You're going to meet me Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start that training. Let's do 6 am, before it gets scorching. Then, Tuesday and Thursday, you teach me. And you set that schedule." She offered, seeming just fine with teaching him. Being a fourth year meant she had to be okay with it.

She smiled slow when he told her that. With little warning, she threw herself at him, wrapping her arms around him with a smile. "You are the sweetest man. Just absolutely wonderful." Foolishly, the girl found tears in her eyes. She just was not used to men like him. Not in the least.
"Yeah we can start my training today. I won't be too sore. I think." Her nose wrinkled slightly as she laughed, kissing him on the cheek, and then the forehead.

She looked at him. "Koi, don't worry about it. I do my own agility training and running. I pushed myself hard today. I didn't get this fast or able to go so long by sittin' on my butt. I could probably still whoop your butt in hand to hand." She said, teasing him lightly. "I'm not delicate, koishii. I can take a lot, and keep standing." She ruffled his hair lightly and affectionately.

She rolled her eyes, then kissed his cheek. "Sometimes, you worry too much, my love. I'll be fine. I could fall from the sky, and the most I'll do is bounce and hurt a little bit. Most things heal relatively quickly for me. Very few things that cause instant death will actually kill me. Though being clever might go a long way for someone." She had no intention of going into how someone like her could be killed. She was not stupid.

I do not need you to baby me. Protect me, watch my back, be the thing that makes sure I don't falter. But, I do not need you to be my human shield. I'm no weakling human queen." She said, her voice hard and cool. She is not moving on this.
"Look, I trained with the Huntress' Amazons. I lived with them for a little while. I was a part of her own archers. I can take care of myself. I'm not losing you over something that I would deem as ridiculously unnecessary." That independent streak is coming forward. Very clearly.

She reached out, bringing his eyes back up to hers. "Koi, I know you love me. But you need to remember that I love you, as well. And it would hurt me in ways I can't heal from to lose you because of something like that. Something I would live from, but that would steal you from me? Immortals have more to fear from pain of the heart than of the body, koishii."

She gave a short bark of laughter. It's a little bitter. "Koi, if determination was all it took to still the shears of Atropos, you'd be one of the first I know who would manage it." She stepped into his arms, because there was nothing else she could do, and her heart hurt.

Kaya is seated feet away from him with an owl beside her, looking up at the sky. She's aware of her surroundings well enough to know he's there. She is not discouraging of communication, however she is semi zoned.

Kaya turned her head to put Yukimora in her sights. "I'm inclined to agree with him. You don't know what's going on, so I'd be observant, but nonjudgemental. That look is unnecessary." Kaya told him stonily.

He looked at Naiomi. "Noonie. I actually really like her. It wasn't a forced thing like with this!!"

Kaya spoke up, her tone scathing and sarcastic. "Funny how everyone seems to be an empath suddenly. And how easily stupid threats roll off the tongues of children with egos bigger than their britches. I didn't realize bullies were the examples of the reps for the younger years."
Her eyes narrowed. "This is disgusting. You don't have to like everybody, but at least have the common decency to not enter a conversation and spill venom and garbage everywhere, Jinzo. I had more respect for you, but you've lost it now. That show was, in a word, ridiculous."
She looked at Miles and at Noonie. "Darlin', take your friend somewhere a bit more friendly. I don't really want to see a new student getting a bad impression of the rest of the student body because of one ill mannered individual."

He looked at Noonie. "Sorry bout this...you came at the wrong time, but I'll make it up to you. Carnival later?" He then looked at Kaya. "Thanks for defending me." He said, smiling.

The following day finds Kaya back on the roof, perched on the edge. Kami is perched next to her. They seem to be perfectly relaxed and comfortable companions. Kaya's focus is on something today.

Kaya looked over her shoulder, smiling at Demix. "Hey there, darlin'. Come on over and have a seat, if you like. Kami and I were just talking." She motioned to the owl next to her.
The avian watches Demix with round yellow eyes. He feels as if he's being weighed by that very old gaze. One of the empath's slender hands strokes a finger over the owl's head, and it seems to calm him. Blue green eyes on Demix, she tilted her head. "I know you had some questions for me last night, before you and your brother had to go. Did you wanna ask those?"

Kaya thought for a moment. "I might know a few. But first, tell me what you'd wish to find in an ideal resonance partner? What are your deepest wishes, and your darkest fears? What is the thing you couldn't live without in someone that resonated with you? What sort of dragon are you? Where do your abilities and aptitudes find themselves? In short, I must know you, to help you." She told him.
Kaya seems delighted that he trusts her enough to come forward and take a seat beside her. She also looks far more comfortable with Demix than she did last night when he was accompanied by his brother.

Kaya's smile widened. "Another water child! I meet so few that claim water for theirs. It's made me a bit sad to not see many. You've just delighted me." She told him, aqua eyes lit up.
"I think I have an idea of you, indeed, Demix. Tell me about some of your experiences, darlin'. What have you seen and done since you awoke? Tell me about something that touched you deeply." She asked, pulling slender legs in to hug her arms around her knees.

Did the man have some sort of anti nature curse about him, that the animals simply rebelled against him?
She looked at Demix, laughing softly. "Hold your horses there, darlin'. Lesson one about a search like this. Love finds you. You don't find it. And it takes time. Time you have. It took me centuries to find someone worthy. I have little doubt, it'll be better for you, but it will still take a little while." She said softly.
"I understand how badly you want this. But don't rush headlong into it." She offered the words of advice, and for just moments, sounded far older than her face belied.

She looked back to Demix. "Tell me about some of the things that you've experienced since awakening? What, if anything, has touched you most?" Raven brows arched in question over her aqua eyes, as she picked up an apple and bit into it.

Kaya watched him pick it up and simply take a bite. Even as he was getting ready to just take a bite, she held up her hand. "Wait, stop-" He took the bite. "Or not. Here, darlin'. Lemme see it. You're supposed to peel it first. And then, trust me, it tastes even better." She grinned, and out flipped a very sharp, very pretty butterfly knife.
The woman handled the knife with the sort of experience that is almost scary. Her hands are steady as a surgeon's own. Within moments, she'd peeled away the skin on the fruit, and handed it back, ready to consume.
"Indeed, you have experienced kindness. Have you experienced happiness, humor, peace, contentment?" She asked him, munching away at her apple between words. She doesn't speak with her mouth full.

"That does sound like happiness, yes. Is it just finding someone who is friendly, and that likes your company? You've felt that way with Haro, as well, yes?" She ventured, uncertainty inside her that didn't reflect in her eyes. She kept it off her face. No need to give away too much.

There was comfort in speaking of her mate. Kaya took it. "He's not always angry. But, your brother had interrupted a private moment, and said something that made him...cautious. "But, yes, he's very gentle, and very strong. He's quite the knight. And he's convinced I'm his princess in a tower." She shrugged, laughing again. "I let him believe it, rather than argue with him. He didn't mind you. He's not fond of your brother, though. I'll admit, Jasper does set me on edge vaguely. Perhaps it's some of our differences."

Homura looked at the girl, her wings were back out again. "I'm Homura." She turned to Ren. "Well Im a dragon from Thantos. We don't have our full powers until we resonate with a human. That human is then our master. A special link is formed between the dragon and its master." She said all in one breath.

"When we find a human we're compatable with we can resonate. All it really takes though is for a human to touch us. Then we form the bond. Generally we search for someone who we feel we would be a good match with, but its certainly not unusual for us to link with a human by accident." she said shurgging.

Yukio was walking off of the roof when he saw something that looked like a body. He walked over to it, and as he got closer, the gruesome scene became clear. "O-Oh my god.." He said, running off of the roof to go tell someone, anyone.

Miles landed on the top of the roof with his bookbag. He took a deep breath and sat down. He was a whole new person. "Man, I missed this place." He said, looking at the sky. Everything was calm.

Kaya pushed through the door out onto the roof, already knowing who she'd find there. Her steps pattered to him lightly as she trotted over to him to throw her arms around him. "Hey, little spider. How're you doing? You disappeared on me, and worried me."

He smiled as he heard that voice. He picked her up and spun her around. "Hey there, little empath. Sorry I left so abruptly, but I went to go lay my aunt to rest. Then, there was an attack on New York, and I had to help. As soon as everything calmed down, I had to come back."

She laughs softly as she's swung around. She looks at him with her serious face, listening to him describe what he'd been doing. "She was laid to rest peacefully, then? Her estate is settled, and all is well? Tell me about New York." She leans against him, and keeps one of his hands in hers.

He nodded. "Yeah, she gave me everything. Her house, her money, and everything has been taken care of. New York, It's beautiful, especially when you're swinging. It's so free. The skyscrapers, the people, It's just amazing. Plus, when you're swinging, you don't have to worry about the terrible traffic." He said, smiling.

Kaya's nose wrinkled. "The traffic of this day is one of the worst things I've witnessed. Cars aren't that much more ideal." Her face scrunched. She hated cars. "I wish I wasn't so afraid of heights, because that sounds like such fun on paper." She laughed.
"What happened to put the city at risk, darlin'?" She questioned, pulling him toward the edge of the building to have a seat.

"It was a planet eater. I don't know where it came from, or why it wanted Earth, but I know that I met a lot of new heroes doing it. I guess we can say we saved the world." He said, smiling.

Kaya shook her head, rolling her eyes comically. "Why are these things always trying to eat planets? Don't they know it's no good for them? Causes cavities and indigestion. They need a new thing to eat." She said soberly. It only enhanced the absurdity of her statement.
"So, didja miss me?" She asked playfully, nudging him slightly as they sat. "And didja bring me back any souvenirs?"

He laughed and kissed her forehead. "Nahh, I didn't miss you at all." He said sarcastically. He then reached in his bag and took out a box with the word "Forever" in Greek. Inside of the box was a small statue of Aphrodite.

Sge grinned at his sarcasm, bumping her head against him lightly and affectionately. She took the box, tracing the symbol upon the front with slender fingers. "This is beautiful. Where did you get it?" She opened it, revealing the statue. This, she removes with very careful hands. She studied it silently, a light finger brushing softly across the head of the statue. Times like these, she did miss her mother.
She leaned over, kissing the man lightly on the lips. "Thank you, little spider."

He blushed into the kiss. "You're welcome. I got it when Myself, Iron Fist, and White Tiger went on a mission to Greece. I saw it, and immediately thought of you. I got something for Haro too, but it's in my room." He said, smiling.

Her eyebrow rose. "You had to go home? What happened there?" She sounds concerned. She doesn't like the idea of some sort of threat being leveled on the islands of her birth. His blush does, however, make her smile.
"What'd you get him, chere?" She asked softly.

He shook his head. "Nothing critical, just some lowlife rebellion group that we had to take care of, but I got Haro a katana. We were heading home, but we had to make a pit stop in Japan. We went to an old palace, and I saw it, slipped past the guard, and took it." He said, half smiling.

She shook her head, smiling. "You're a delinquent. That was pretty sweet of you, though. I think it'll likely sit in a place of honor over the fireplace." She ruffled his hair as she teased him lightly. "I bought a house. You think you'd like to see it? It's absolutely perfect for us." No doubt on who the us is. "There's open bedrooms if you want one of them, little spider." She rubbed her cheek against his shoulder lightly.

He smiled and shook his head. "I think I'll pass on the bedroom. Thanks for the offer, though." He said, smiling. On the inside however, his stomach dropped, and his mind was racing. He didn't mind though, and If she asked, he had nothing to hide. "So, tell me what happened while I was gone." He said, nudging her arm.

Her brow arched. There wasn't much he could hide. "Speak your mind, little spider. What was that?" She said quietly. "You tell me that, and I'll fill you in on what happened."

He smiled and rubbed his neck. "It's just that i didn't know you guys were moving in together. What else did I miss, Lorelai?" He said, his voice a bit deeper than before.

She smiled with the use of his nickname that he'd taken for her. She squeezed the hand she held currently, kissing it. "Let's see, we've got a missing principal, a band of pirate attacks, three dead bodies, a new guidance counselor. That's with the school in general.
For me, I bought a house, got proposed to, had a visit with the Fates, got pissed at said pirates because they came into my house, took care of a five year old Freya. Thank the Gods I love children and I'm good with them, for multiple reasons." She said, laughing softly, cuddling against him. "It's been busy."

He smiled. "Seems this school has been gone to **** without me." He said, his heart dropping again. "But I'm glad that you two are happy together." He said, smiling.

She rubbed her cheek against his shoulder. "I'm sorry, little spider. It seemed like you were going to be happy with Miss Noonie. What happened with that, chere?" She kissed his lips lightly, but held his hand tight. This was certainly one of the downsides to that tie. "I do love you, little spider. I just think you're meant to be someone else's knight."

He smiled. "Noonie's fine. I really like her, but I can't help but feel something for you. We're tied, remember?" He said, showing her his arm.

She touched her cheek to his, nuzzling lightly. "Do you think I'd forget? How could I?" Her ocean eyes hid the thing that had dawned on her. She closed her mouth, looking at him silently. She's a bit worried. And doesn't know how to put her thoughts into words. She's speechless for moments.

He smiled, but that smile faded as soon as he saw her expression. "Tell me." He said softly.

Her arm slid around him as she cuddled closer. "I don't want to break your heart, little spider. I don't like knowing that it pains you. I don't like the thought that you might be wishing for what you don't have." There was more, but Kaya had trouble putting it to English.

Kaya lands beside Noonie, sitting against the wall with her. She looks a little tired. "How's the other resident goddess?" Kaya questioned without preamble. She's in a blunt mood today.

Miles waved at both of them, then looked back at the sky. He stood up and took a small jar out of his bookbag. Inside of the jar, the symbiote struggled to get out. He took the jar and threw it as hard and as far as he could. He watched it fall onto the island below.

Kaya watched Miles, her face unreadable, her eyes even more so. "Yep, that's me." She said absently. She looked back at Noonie, her friendly face once more in place. "How are you, darlin'? I hope dragon **** has left you alone?"

"Oh I don't worry about such things but I have been very good I have learned a lot of english too"

Kaya's eyebrow raised. Not having the tools to break through the language barrier would suck. Guess that was the difference in where each had been born, perhaps. "So you're learning a better grasp of English. What other languages have you studied? Have you been up to anything else here?"

"Well my main language is Arabic but I only speak it when I need to but other then that I have been getting to know everyone and this school" she looked at the sky "are you okay Hero"

Miles looked over his shoulder. "Hmm? I'm fine. I was just getting rid of something troublesome." He said, rubbing his neck.

Kaya snorted. It was not a ladylike noise. It was slightly derisive. She muttered something to herself in a language that might be identified by the other goddess as Farsi. She closed her eyes, keeping them from rolling. Once she had the urge controlled, she looked at Noonie. "Arabic is such a beautiful language. I enjoy it immensely."

Miles heard Kaya's noise and chuckled, before jumping off of the roof. He was going after the symbiote. Maybe he shouldn't have thrown it after all.

Kaya raised her voice to b eheard, the message carrying to him on the wind. It's in Greek, and even the message sounds angry. "That thing disgusts me, and I promise you, I will shriek so loudly and long that it will shrivel to be away from me. So willing to let poison things be apart of you, little spider?" Her endearment is spat.

Miles had appeared on the roof with blinding speed. His voice was distorted, almost reptile like. He needs us, and we need him. Together, we can become strong. We don't need anyone. Just the two of us. The boy is confused, and we have shown him the light. You, however, have only caused him pain. We, we have given him what he wants most. The power to protect the one he loves.

Kaya stood, her speed barely disturbing her surroundings, but for a wind. The eyes didn't register her movement. One moment on the roof, leaning against the wall, the next in the symbiote's face.
Her eyes are the inhuman ones that have become a herald. Her teeth have sharpened into the deadly fangs, her nails have elongated. Those hands closed around his arms, and the winds she controlled swept over them. They saw the two borne away quickly.
Miles finds himself pinioned against a wall, his body leaving an imprint in it. Her grip is implacable. The sharp edges of her voice aren't smoothed, but it is softened into a dangerous hiss of a whisper. "I have brought him nothing but pain? You haven't any idea of pain."

The parasite hissed as it was pinned against the wall. She had some strange effect on it, and it suddenly secreted into his skin. When Miles came to, his eyes were low and hazy, almost as if he had just came out of a coma. His body was sore and he couldn't move. He blinked at Kaya and groaned. "I was going to run an experiment on it to see if I could change it's nature to just compile with mine, but it something happened." His eyes scanned around, looking for the parasite. "Where did it go? I wasn't done with my expiriments.-" The parasite came back, pushing Kaya off it, it's tendrils pinning her to the ground. Do you really know why he came back? He came back because of you. You two are bonded, and the bond brought him back here, even though he himself doesn't know it. Do you realize how much it hurt him to see that you're engaged to him? To see that you're moving in with him? But he doesn't show it, because he knows it will make you sad. Same with everyone. They think he is selfish, but all he does is care for others. The parasite hissed and the tendrils whipped everywhere.

It wasn't the only thing that could hiss. Kaya bared her fangs at it, and her hiss was more than simply felinic. It sang. Clear and shattering. She wanted it off of her, and she came up, tearing at it with acidic claws.
Her eyes narrowed at it, glittering maliciously. "Does he realize that you're what cost him the chance to have me? That all of the ways that you've done nothing but cause problems have made it so I didn't trust him? You have caused him pain, you disgusting parasite. I wanted to try with him. I had time. But you made it impossible. And now you've lied to him again." She snarled, flying back at it in a rage.
Her claws sank into the suit like butter, though they spared Miles' flesh beneath. Even now, she couldn't bring herself to harm him. There is nothing but hatred in her eyes for the black demon of a suit.

haro arived, sword in hand. "kaya are yo--..." he stoped, looking at her. "what... um..."

Her head turned quickly with a snarl. "Do NOT interfere. He is mine to deal with." She said lowly, her gaze returning to Miles. Or what had been Miles. That voice isn't Kaya's anymore. Kaya wasn't home, leave a message at the beep.

She stayed out the way she knew she had no place in this fight she knew it was out of her hands but looked down in failure and bite her lip till it bleed thinking how should she help if she could

The parasite removed itself from her, hissing and showing her its fangs, as well. As she tore at the suit, it repaired itself, only getting stronger. It picked her up and threw her across the roof, only to catch her before she hit the ground. Miles still had some control.
You wanted to try? You barely gave him the time of day!! The only reason you actually started to spend time with him is because of what happened in the ocean. After everything he's done for you, you still went to the other. I only showed him what he could not see with his own eyes. I showed him the truth. The parasite growled from across the roof.
When Haro arrived, the parasite snarled at him, too, then returned its gaze to Kaya. If only, If only. It hissed, tendrils whipping at her.

"..." haro sighed. "no arguing with that..."

The demi goddess wasn't playing anymore. Her claws now dripped the acid. She flung it casually at the suit, and it found itself eaten away, in places. She narrowed her eyes at him. "You showed him what you wanted him to see. You know zero truth, parasite. Least of all, a truth about me." She said with a finality in her voice.
With a clap of her hands, the winds blew outward, shielding the spectator's ears, but leaving the parasite vulnerable. And then she shrieked with every single hatred and spark of malice she had for it. It was a glass shattering, standing ovation performance.
Haro's words are tucked away for later. There was something else to deal with.

The parasite shrieked and detached itself from Miles. It slid away and off of the roof.
Miles, on the other hand, was clutching his ears, which had busted, screaming like he was holding for dear life. His eyes closed shut, his ears bleeding, and he was curled up into a ball.

"not so fast!" as soon as the parasite detatched, haro used his shirt to catch it, containing it in it like a bag.

The talons returned to her shorter still sharp nails. Her fangs weren't quite so sharp, though they didn't dull the entire way. Her eyes returned to just being stormy. And they cried. The tracks of tears that moved down her cheeks spoke definitely of the fact that she's been controlling them and storing them.
She moves to Miles, cradling his head in her lap, placing her hands over his ears. The tears run down her cheeks to drip onto his skin. She's focusing on healing him, at the expense of herself.

His hands relaxed, the screaming stopped, and his breathing regulated, but his eyes filled up with tears, even though they were closed. He was in a comatose state, but he was there at the same time.

"..." haro sat alittle bit away from them, the parasite closed in tight.

Her tears fell faster, but her concentration never wavered. She lifted her wrist, spilling the blood in her veins to make the magicks flow faster. To healhim faster. She leaned down, whispering to him in broken Greek. Some litany of words of apology, love, more apologies, and a smattering of things that made no sense.

His breathing slowed and he opened his eyes. They were dazed, and he was confused. He couldn't hear a thing, and his ears were throbbing.

Kaya's face is a mess. Her eyes are red, her skin is pale, and tear tracks have marred her features. She still looked down at him, healing his ears from the inside out. They'd be whole, but he'd have problems tonight. Her fault.

He placed a hand on her cheek. "Everything will be fine. You did what you had to do, and for that, I respect you more than ever. What happens to me isn't your fault. I'll be fine, Lorelai." He mouthed, then flashed a smile.

Her eyes closed, her features contorting. And she spoke in his head. "**** you! You made me worry. That **** suit is evil. It's horrible. But it's right. I just keep **** hurting you. I have little I can do about it. I offered so many times to explain some things about my past, but you never want to listen." She was ranting. She knew she was. Worst feeling ever.
"Come to find out, I'm a demi goddess, not because my dad was human, but because of the **** curse put on me by the Fates in order to save me from Ares. They wanted to make sure I'd never be my mother. And they succeeded!" She's talking quickly now, but she pauses, trying to calm herself. She may be bordering slightly on hysteria.
A flash of pain struck her low in her abdomen. Both men feel it radiate through her. Though her face shows no sign of it.

"It's not right. If you really hurt me, then I wouldn't be here right now." He said. "I have been listening.-" He was cut off by the sudden shot of pain. His face contorted in pain. "What was that?" He mouthed.

haros eyes widen. "kaya!" he quickly moves to her side, though he never releases the parasite. "kaya, whats wrong? " he put his hand on her shoulder.

Kaya gets up. She carefully lays Miles' head down, so he doesn't crack his skull against the ground. But, the winds pick up quickly, sweeping her away. Once the winds die, for the sharp sensed, there is the faint smell of blood. It's centered near to where was sitting. There is a small splotch of blood there.

Miles acute senses picked up the smell of blood. He turned his head to see where it was coming from, and it was from where she was sitting. He looked at it, confused.

haro quickly stands up. "damnit..." he jumps off the roof, dissapearing in mid air

Miles slowly got up. He still couldn't hear anything. He was too weak to swing, so he walked to his dorm.

Mika walked to the roof glancing around silently still looking to see if she could find Shinji. She walked to the edge and stared off into the distance with dead eyes, she was losing hope.

"Hey brat why're you up on the roof?" Artemis questioned, "Lonely place to hang out." he added.

Mika turned slowly at the voice. She looked at Artemis, eyes sad. "I...I was just looking for Shinji." she said in a quiet whisper.

He crossed his arms "What's with the sad eyes kid, did that brat stand you up on a date or has he just gone off an vanished?"

She shook her head, "He had a nightmare last night. In his dream he thought I was being paid by his family so I could hurt him. I followed him to the astral border, but he needed to be alone." her eyes darted down, "Now I can't find him anywhere. I feel empty, like he's gone for good. Like the piece of his soul is missing. Even his plushie self won't move or talk." She looks up at Artemis, "Something is wrong I know it."

"And you guys didn't talk about this nightmare? You need communication to keep a strong healthy relationship kid." he said with a sigh. "I'm sure he will come back on his own time but knowing this school you're probably right and something has happened to him or he's done something stupid."

Mika wiped away a tear. "I tried to talk to him, but he wouldn't." she defended half heartedly. "I could feel how angry and scared he was. The plushie came to find me to tell me to give him time....but I was still worried." She looked down again, "But its like he just disappeared, like he's totally gone from the world. It just feels empty." she said sadly not sure if she should tell him about the shared souls fact that normally kept her informed of Shinji's state.

"Well no choice but to search for him, I'll help you search but first I think you should go eat something and maybe sit down for a bit to sort yourself out. You won't do yourself or him any good if you're running about the island distressed." he said and smiled. "We can make a game plan to find your brat."

Mika nodded, too out of it to argue. "Okay, I'll go home. I'll try to eat something, and rest for a bit. You're welcome to come too, I'll cook." she said quietly. She looked at him, her eyes more normal, "Thank you." she said seriously.

He shrugged "Not a problem kid, and sure I haven't eaten today so may as well get a free meal." he said.

She shook her head to the negative. Her teeth still caught up her bottom lip, and she just about gnawed on the sensitive bit of flesh. "H-How are you?" She asked softly.

Her face fell and paled considerably. Obviously blanching in horror, her hand lifted to her lips. She was trying to swallow, but a knot had formed in her throat, making it nearly impossible. She didn't want to back away. It felt a little too much like yesterday. But she didn't want to be there for everyone towatch her fall apart.

She opened her mouth to speak, but no sound came from her mouth. She'd try, and no sound. She's bewildered and still insanely ashamed of herself. Tears gathered, and it's obvious she does not believe a single word Miles just spoke.

He saw that she was about to cry and cradled her face with his hands. He looked into her eyes. "Hey. No tears. There's no reason to cry, because you saved my life yesterday. Yeah, my hearing was lost in the process, but I'd rather have no hearing than no life at all." He said, his eyes ringing with intent.

Tears were starting to fall. It almost seemed like the cherry on a not so lovely sundae for the little empath. The past three days alone had been harsh, let alone her past two weeks. It left the woman with varying impulses, most of them warring with one another.
The impulse to run was strong, beating at her like the panicked wings of something captured. There was an urge to scream, and urge to rage at just about everything. And then there was the urge to sink into sleep and not emerge. All of these brought the empath to her knees. And not once did she make a sound.

As she sunk to her knees, Miles followed her to the ground. He cradled her in his lap. He closed his eyes and hummed a soft tune. He ran a hand through her hand and kissed her forehead.

miles feels him before he sees him. its simple but frightening at the same time. just 2 fingers at his forhead and his body loosens, as if taking an order he releases kaya. this pressures familliar. before he knows whats happened, kayas gone, and the pressure with her

After randomly roaming the hallways for a while, Elliot ended up here. He walked towards the edge of the roof and leaned over the railing and sighed as he looked out across the school grounds. "Such a huge place... and so many different super-powered kids running around... this is gonna take some getting used to..."

She was sitting on the edge of the roof when she notice a boy looking down, left from her side. She thinks for a while and then grin, she get back on roof and walk over to Elliot. She tap his shoulder. "Hiya, your new here too?" She said with her arms behide her back and eyes close with smiles.

"Hm?" On instinct, Elliot threw a harsh glare at Yume, but seeing her friendly smile and hearing her friendly greeting, he looked away from her and continued to glare at the island. "Yeah, I'm new here. What of it?"

Yume sigh in relieve and sit next to him on the edge. "Glad I not the only new one here then, so what your name?" She ask with her green eyes looking at him.

Elliot blinks. "I see, so your new to this place too... My name is Elliot Miyura. Yours?"

She smiles as her tattoo became white. "Yume Kasai, yeah I'm new here, I came here to figure out my powers and to train them further, you?" She said as she kick her legs in air.

"Baka, isn't that what everyone is here for," he says, but then blinks as her tattoo changes colors. "....okay, that's odd..." o.o

She only simply smiles. "I'm odd? haha... nice compliment." She chuckles as fireballs appear infront of her, 10 fireballs dancing in star and spiral patterns.

"Wh--!?!?" Elliot hops back a bit from Yume and blinks at the fireballs in surprise. After standing there staring in awe for a moment, he sighs and runs his left hand through his hair as he looked off to the side, "shadow-warping, teleporting, and now dancing fireballs... if I wasn't so sure I was going to catch my death from shock soon I would think that I'd never get used to this place..."

Yume looks at him with curiosity. "Oh you met Freya? I met her somewhere in garden, we're friends or so. And please have some tea and sit with me." She smiles as a portal with the same tattoo symbol in middle appear behide Elliot and a demon butler came out, holding a tray of two cup of teas." The butler gave one to Yume who thanks him and hold the other tea for Elliot.

Elliot blinks again. "Huh? You've meet Freya-san t--GAH!!!" Elliot jumps aside as the demon appears from behind him and grits his teeth. "Why you--!?!?" He clenches his fist and starts to throw a punch, but quickly stops himself blinking as he notices that it is carrying a tray of tea. Elliot then watches in confusion as the demon walks past him and hands a cup of tea to Yume before turning and offering him a cup. Normally, Elliot would have rejected the offer and killed the demon, but seeing as it seemed to work for Yume, he merely took the cup while still confused and stared at the demon with a stupid look on his face for a minute before looking at Yume and pointing at the demon with his free hand. "This.... thing.... works for you?" o_O

Yume nodded as the demon jump down in the portal. "I can summon any monsters for any purposes, fighting with me, or serves me. That was one example as you would see. I can also use fire magics but my talents are in acrobatics and summonings... oh yeah and this of course." She hold out her left arm which formed into a blade and slash through air to show that it really sharp, she grin as it reforms back to normal. She gesture him to sit down with her as she look in the sky. "So... your surprise about my powers? What about yours though?" She asked with a sheepish smiles while sipping her tea.

Elliot flinches as he sees Yume turn her arm into a blade and then turn it back he then looks at Yume blinking for a few seconds as she asks about his powers and then calms down with a sigh putting his hands in his pockets and walking towards the bench next to Yume's. "Well, my power is no big deal when compared to yours and I only have 1 so far..." As he gets closer to the bench, his eyes begin to glow gold a bit as he lazily pulls his left leg back. Then his left leg begins to glow gold too and he quickly swings it forward kicking the bench. (x3)
With a loud CRACK!!! The bench goes flying high into the air almost split in half as it flies off of the roof to land in some random area at least 60 yards away from the school roof. Elliot kind of chuckles a bit as he watches it fly away then looks over at Yume. "Seems like I lost my seat, mind if I share yours," he asks jokingly, though to random passerby and maybe even to Yume, it may look like he's flirting.

Yume claps when he kick the bench but then blushes slightly when he ask her for a seat. "s-sure..." She scoot over a bit to the left, making room for Elliot to sit with her. her tattoo then changed colors to pink as she look in sky still blushing. A small portal open up again near her hand and what came out was a small chick, a chocobo one infact. It chirps cutely at her as it sit on her hands. She look up at Elliot. "Don't worry... I was born with it and found them at young ages, I came here to further train it and to find out about myself since i was adopted... fires magics i only learn little bit for fun rather... yours is really cool, Elliot-kun. I hope we can be friends." She said while smiling at him and the chick in her hands. It chirps once more and then went back in the portal.

Elliot blinked at the girl's blush and looked away blushing a little himself. He'd been through this enough times that he knew what he'd accidentally done. "This is why I shouldn't be 'nice' to girls...," he thought, but then he looked back at the girl's face as her tattoo turned pink and the baby chocobo appeared and decided to keep his thoughts to himself.
"So you've always had super powers huh? Sounds cool," he said as he sat down next to her. He then casually reached over and plucked the baby chocobo from Yume's hands and lifted it up in front of him before it could escape. Elliot then smiled at the little bird before looking back at Yume, "yeah, I believe we can be great friends! Especially if you let me keep this little guy!" Elliot already intended to be the girl's friend BEFORE she summoned the bird but the chick just sealed the deal; for some reason, Elliot just loved baby birds! xD

Yume giggles a bit as the chocobo chick pop up from Elliot's hand and flies over to Elliot's head. It chrips happily as it sit on his head. Yume giggles more as she said "I think he like you, Ceto is not usually this friendly to many peoples afterall. She kick her legs as she look at him. "No... I never though of this as super powers, what I do know is it was with me, I not sure who I am, where I come from, but the clues is hidden in my powers, and this..." She point to her tattoos on her shoulder. "I was born with it, but i don't know what it is. I hopes someday I would find out the truth about me..." She said as she look down on the yard, seeing students walking to school.

Elliot chuckles too genuinely happy with the bird on his head, "oh so the little guy has a name? Ceto huh? That's cool!" Elliot turns to smile at Yume, but his smile begins to fade as he listens to Yume's story. Eventually, he ends up looking down just like she was watching the students enter the school as the bird began to make itself comfortable in Elliot's hair.
"I'm sorry you had to go through that... it must've been rough...," Elliot then thinks for a few moments before he turns toward Yume taking her hand on instinct with a determined look in his eye. "Let me help you!"

Elliot blinked as he'd offered to help her on impulse, but decided to stick to his word. "Let me help you figure out your past! I'm not sure how but... with a friend to help you out it should be easier to figure it out right?" Elliot then smiled kindly letting his softer side show through, which is something he rarely does.

She look down blushing a little bit. "S-sure... let meet at the mediate garden tomorrow then..." She quickly get up and waved to him. "Bye Elliot-kun." She ran over to the otherside of the roof and jump off, landing on a phoenix she summoned and flied away.

"Hey WAIT!!!" Elliot ran towards the edge of the roof when she jumped, but was surprised to see Yume flying away on the phoenix. Elliot then blinked watching it soar away before he sighed and chuckled a little bit. "That girl aslo attracts a lot of attention, but I get the feeling that she will be fun..." Elliot then put his hands in his pockets and went back to the door to the school leaving the rooftop.

Miles sat atop the roof, looking down at the island below. It was dawn. He looked to the sky and sighed deeply.

Homura strolled onto the rooftop. She sat on the edge of the roof, kicking her feet over the edge. Letting the breeze play softly with her hair. It was peaceful up here. She smiled thinking how she'd met Ren up here on her first day.

Ren appeared on the roof, sitting on the edge. His stomach was still in knots, and you could tell he didn't feel like talking, because a kunai was resting in his left hand.

*Artaxias walked to the roof looking over at the island even with his helmat on you can tell he is peacefull by the many cute baby birds around him*

Ren sensed another person coming. He scoffed and started to walk off of the roof.

*Artaxias had also sensed Ren then he realized he was upset and gave Anihe control he didn't want to help anyone else today when Anihe was normal again she stood there slowly falling to her knees she looked like she just got of a street fight* huff...huff..damn ..y-you ....Artaxias

Lycus sat down on the edge of the roof, one leg dangling over th edge while the other was pulled up close to his chest. The wind ruffled his short blonde locks as he relaxed to the wind.

"kenro flickered atop the roof of the school, stepping toward the edge with his hands behind his back" this school is a symbol of hope for this pitiful planet...... in order to subdue this planet i must crush it's hope " a large spider like creature climbed onto the roof of the school. on its back was a time bomb, with 10:00 and counting on its clock" in ten minutes hope will be destroyed and are conquering of this planet shall be ever closer "kenro crossed his arms and watched the clock countdown"

"Blowing up a symbol of 'hope'?" Lycus stood a few feet away, hair toussled by the wind as he crossed his arms. "How very cute of you to do that but ultimately it can lead down two paths. Sure you may be able to take away the hope and freedom, or this will push others to arms and normally cases such as these always end up in arms." the boy uncrossed his arms "But still very cute plan to blow up the school, I personally wouldn't miss it." he looked at the countdown. Taking out his pocketwatch he looked at it with barely concealed boredom.

Gregor ran on the roof shifting into a wolf, he looked at the scene, growling at the spider slightly.

Lycus glanced over at Gregor "Hm? Well if you wish to handle this who I am to stand in the way." shrugging he took a seat on the edge of the roof, wondering if the school would burn up in flames or be saved. Either way lead to a rather amusing outcome.

Homura was flying overhead when she saw the strange creature on the roof. She tileted her head lightly she dove down to see what was going on.

"kenro yawned as the boy spoke" are you finished? it seemed your speech bored me and you huh "kenro looked up to see a dragon flying toward them" hmmmm, interesting

He waved a dismissive hand "Quite certain it did, listening to others isn't really a bad guy thing." he shrugged once more, reaching over his shoulder to pet Nox. "Just here watch the fireworks."

The red dragon drew closer she saw what the creature was and saw the clock counting down. Her eyes grew wide as she flew right above the roof, landing glaring at Kenro with bright red eyes. She saw Gregor and flicked her tail lightly. She growled at the spider and the strange man.

"kenro smiled at the red dragon" and you must be homura......yes, demix has told me lots about you "kenro stepped forward unafraid" are you here for the fireworks too. being a fire dragon and all, i think you'd like them "the clock was now on 6:45 and still counting"

Homura froze for a moment at the mention of Demix, visably shaking for a moment before she shook her head and growled. "Demix isn't the Demix I knew anymore. He's changed. Why would he tell you of me?" Her eyes darted to the clock seeing the time, trying to figure out how to either disable it or how to get it away from the school. "Just because I'm a fire dragon doesn't mean I want to see the school go up in flames." Flames licked up around her feet and tail.

he tells me of how you broke his heart... choosing another over one of your own "kenro shook his head" tsk tsk tsk. such manipulation of feelings, from such a cute and adorable dragon "kenro payed no attention to the flames around the dragon" but enough of that. i suppose you are wondering how to stop this bomb or get rid of it hmmm. quite simple really "kenro walked over to the spider creature and kicked it into the sky and with a quick glance it exploded. the explosion was more than capable of completely annihilating the school" but.....then you'd have to worry about. does he have more? if so where could they be? "another spider creature crawled from the side of the building and onto the roof. this one reading 5:45" NOW your probably thinking. this guy must have more...if so how many more and does he plan on bombing the rest of the island? "kenro paced back and forth as he talked, arms crossed over his chest" what-to-do?

Homura growled loudly as he called her manipulative. She hadn't intended to hurt him, btu she couldn't change how she felt. A flash of hurt flashed across her eyes, before they returned to anger. She watched his demonstarion of the spider's power, and growled louder. "I'm sure you have many of these, but that won't stop me from trying to stop them." She wrapped the spider in her tail throwing it into the sky as high as Kenro had kicked the other and launched a blast of fire at it. "I will destroy as many as I can! I will prevent as much destruction as is in my power!" She glared at him launching a blast of fire at him as well, while letting her mind open trying to see if she could find any more.

"the spider bomb exploded, but kenro didn't budge as the flames engulfed him. minutes later he steps out unharmed. body covered in diamond" ya know...i think i just got a brilliant idea. "you could feel the presence of hundreds of spiders, making there way around the island" i will lay spiderbombs all across the island.... lets see what you do. your options.... take me out and all the spiderbombs go with me. or search for the spiderbombs individually.... mind you they all have different times on them " 4 more spiderbombs crawled onto the roof" yet again... what-to-do "kenro crossed his arms again,smiling in his diamond form"

Homura quickly weighed her options. The likelihood of her being able to find and get rid of all the spiders before they explode is slim. Looking angrily at the man in diamond in front of her. She quickly swept her tail knocking the four spiders into the sky, summoning fireballs to follow them. She continued her tails sweep at the man before her.

"kenro swiftly jumps over the the tail and lands on his hand, flipping back to his feet" close....but no cigar "kenro sent five diamond shards at the dragon"

The dragon launched herself into the air avoiding the diamond shards. She dove at him, veering off at the last second to come at him from the side a flaming claw swiping at him.

"kenro blocked the claw with his diamond forearm, with the same arm he grabbed onto her claw and twisted it" i have killed dragons four times your size "kenros body shifted from diamond to the same bone as the dragons claw" you cant win "kenro brought his arm down on the dragons wrist, breaking it"

Homura roared in pain as he twisted her claw. She glared at him angrily until he snapped her wrist then the roar was mixed with a cry. She tried to pull the wrist back out from him curling in into her. Now more disadvangetd than she had been before her mind raced. She needed to stop the spiders, which meant she either needed to get him to get rid of them or go find them all. She summoned a large fireball and shot it at him while she flew backwards, and shot fire discs at him.

"kenro walked toward her, flickering out of the paths of her attacks" did you really think you could do this alone? " a large explosion could be seen in the forest" seems like time is slipping from you my dear

Gregor growled and shifted to his own form, throwing knives at kenro.

Homura growled at him, before her head snapped to the location of the explosion. He was right she likely couldn't take him on by herself. Instead of giving him a response she growled. She exhaled sharply, keeping her mind scanning to see how many she could likely get to before they exploded. Shifting keeping her weight off her now broken wrist. She launched a wall of fire at Kenro keeping the flames from Gregor, as she focused her mind on started locating the nearest spiders.

"kenro blocked the knives and looked up at the wall of fire" hmmmmm " the presence of spiders could be felt all over the island, in every known location. as for which would explode. that cannot be felt. kenros body turned to diamond once again and he spread his arms wide" biding time are we "kenro clapped as hard as he could,producing a sharp sound from his diamond hands, slicing the flame wall in half and dispersing it"

Homura looked at Gregor, before glaring at Kenro angrily, "I'm not bidding my time. I will stop as many of these as I can." She wasn't biding her time, she was trying to figure out a plan to stop as many of the spiders as possible. She didn't want to leave gregor there by himself though. Sensing any of the spiders near the school she quickly swooped down and launched them into the air destroying them. As she flew back up over the school she dove at Kenro from behind again swiping her tail at him, wrapping it around him, smashing him down.

Gregor attacked him from the front, so there was no way he could have seen Homura coming.

"kenro slammed into the ground. but his smile never left. diamond spikes erupted from his body, piercing homuras tail. before she could pull away, kenro wraps his arm around her tail and slams her onto gregor" that hurted a little

Homura roared in pain as the diamond spikes periced her tail. She tried to brace from hurting Gregor but crashed into him anyways. She tried to pull away from Kenro.

"kenro squeezed on to her tail harder" where are you going? "another explosion occurred near the beach"

As if from nowhere, a blade struck Kenro in the back, then all over his body, cutting the diamond spikes, and allowing Homura to get away from Kenro. At the edge of the roof, a figure can be seen, holding a Tanto blade. He slowly turned and looked at Kenro with rage in his eyes.
"Get away from my fiancee." He growled lightly.

Homura roared again as Kenro squeezed her tail harder. When she was able to pull away did so in an instant. Hearing Ren's voice her head snapped around finding him. She quickly made her way over near him, putting quick distance between herself and Kenro.

" the blade does nothing to kenro but he releases homura" hello ren, how have you been "he recalls what ren has said" fiancee you say. but what of your woman back home "kenro crossed his arms, reverting back to his normal skin"

"Other woman? Oh, Yuri? That's my best friend. Nothing more." He said, turning to Homura. He began to heal her wounds. Slowly, she was covered in a light green aura. Slowly, she felt no pain, as her wounds were healed.
"Are you okay?" He asked, looking into her eyes.

Homura had heard Kenro's words, and Ren's response. If it had been an attempt to make her feel distrust it didn't work. Homura knew how Ren felt about her, and would never doubt it. As the wounds began to heal she sighed lightly and nodded weakly. She looked back into his eyes, "I'm okay, now that you're here. I didn't mean to get hurt, but he was destroying things. I just wanted to try and stop him."

Ren smiled and put his hands on her leg.
"Sorry I haven't been here. I had to take care of things, but I'm here now, and I'm here to stay." He said lightly.

Homura smiled lightly looking at Ren softly. "It's okay. I know when you're gone its for a reason. I'm just glad you're back." She gently placed her head on his shoulder.

He nodded and looked at Kenro, glaring slightly.

"kenro was picking his nails, as they talked a few more explosions occurred in various places on the island"

Homura glared at Kenro, but at the sound of the next few explosions she looked over at them. She still wanted to stop the spiders. Her eyes were glowing red again.

Lycus spied smoke rising from the vrious explosions and sighed "Hm that isn't good. Seems the market has been hit..." he stood up and brushed off his pants. He lept down from the roof, assuming the others could handle Kenro he took off.

Ren almost lost his balance because of the explosions.

From out of the sky you see a dragger with red & yellow lighting shooting toward Kenro in amazing Speed & great power. While a girl with red hair appeared in front of him & aiming to kick him in the face with her right foot

Ren smiled and used his shadow strangle jutsu to hold him in place.

Homura watched Dawn and Ren attack Kenro. She glanced quickly out at the island. Quickly she thought to Ren, ""I'm going to circle the island and the roof here. I want to get rid of as many of those spiders as I can." She spread her wings lightly and took off to the sky. "I'll be right near to help with him too." She would do both getting rid of the spiders and help fight this man who had hurt her. She wouldn't go far from Ren.

Gregor looked at the island. It was going to madness. He looked at the three that were already on the roof. He shifted to an eagle and soared to another part of the island.

As ren held him in place, the dragger went right threw him right thigh, whipping some of the skin & meat right off of it "...Damnit that is not what i was aiming for!" Dawn felt really bad about what she just did to her uncle Kenro & she knew he would never forgive her after that one.. but she had to ... but she was mostly trying to figure out what he was doing here & why is he doing this .

"kenro's eyes flared with green energy, breaking the hold of the shadow jutsu and catching dawns foot before it connected" hello dawn " kenro looked down at his injured leg" you're getting stronger " kenro released her and stepped back, he couldn't bring himself to hurt dawn, he cared for her too much as a niece" you all will have too get stronger than this if you wish to have a chance "kenro turned his back and began to walk away, snapping his fingers the door leading to the inside of the school snapped open, a spiderbomb stood there with 00:00 on its clock. the eruption process had already started and theres no way to save the school. kenro flickered away just as the bomb explodes"

the building crumbles and falls, leaving nothing but rubbish and debris. Akio/Drake stands in front of the ruined school, the flames dancing in his tetroyugan as he simply watched

Dawn saw Akio at the bottom of the school wathcing it burn. she told flex to go dont to the bottom toward Akio. he landed & Dawn jumped off & ran towards him "Akio Kenro gone mad! & Im not sure what he is doing here. your more close to him. what is going on!?" she walked closer to him

Drake looked toward her but said nothing, Buro slid across his chest and floated into the air "he is not the boy known as akio anymore" buro spoke with a deep voice and unwavering eyes "thanks to lord kenro his mind has been wiped clean, he now serves as a general for the glorious Uzumaki Army" Buro laughed

Dawn eyes widen when she heard that voice & what he just said, her hokd body started to hurt like she was beginning stabbed with a million swords. this is what she was most afraid of. even though she know Its not Akios fault that he is gone, it stil hurt to know the guy she once loved, no longer exist in the world... he was someone called "Drake" . . . . She knew love would make her weak, & now she hurts so much that it hurts to move. "Please tell me that this is some sick Joke!!!!"

the world around dawn changes, she now stands in a field, with the sun shining and a light breeze. across from her is the akio she knew and loved " Dawn...... you and your brother need to help this world, i also need your help too

Drake flickered next to Aoi and wrapped his arm around her "this is not the mission. we must leave" he flickered away with Aoi and Buro

Aki walked onto the roof of the school, his hands in his pockets to protect him from the cold. His scarf shielded his face and he narrowed his eyes because of the cold.

Kauhi sat near the edge, looking over the courtyard of the school, looking in the sky. "...What are you thinking about?" Chein asked, sitting with her back against kauhi's. "...I just happy to see my sister. That all." He said with a smiles, but chein didn't smiles back, she knew something else was bugging him somewhat, but she stayed quiet, leaning against him with her back. "...idiot."
