She smiled a little secret smile, and pulled him by the hand toward the backyard. "This is one of my favorite parts about the house." She pointed up at the balcony. The yard itself is also beautiful, the foliage thick and beautiful, but well groomed and cared for. But, the balcony is beautiful, and it's fairly understandable why she loves it.
