You kept screaming about me, but neither of you would listen." She took a shaky breath. The feeling of being invisible was still a little too fresh. It hurt.

"I didn't understand what the two of you were yelling at each other about. None of it made sense. But, once the light was in the room, both of you snapped out of it. What the hell happened?" Miles was slowly starting to get stronger. A bit of euphoria is settling over him. Perhaps because of Kaya's life force?
