"You were my first love. The earth moving under me. Bedroom scent, beauty ardent. Distant shiver, heaven sent. I'm the snow your lips. The freezing taste, the silvery sip. I'm the breath on your hair. Endless nightmare, devil's lair.

Only so many times, I can say I long for you. The lily among the thorns. The prey among the wolves. Someday, I'll feed a snake. Drink her venom, stay awake. In time my pain will fade. Through your memory I will wade. This love is for you. For you, only for you."
She told him softly, kissing his cheek and nuzzling his ear lightly.

"I'll be captivated by your resonating light. Bound by the life you left behind. Your face will haunt my once pleasant dreams. Though you'll be with me, I'll be alone for so long.

Lonely time. Time goes by so slowly without you hear. Time can do so much. Will you still be mine? Lonely rivers flow to the sea. Lonely rivers sigh, wait for me.

Meet me after dark again, and I'll hold you. I'll want nothing more than to see you again. We'll fly so far away, we'll be lost before the dawn. If only night could hold you where I can see you, my love. And let me never, ever wake again. I know we can't wake from that dream. It's not real, but it's ours."
She said softly. She'd never had to truly contemplate the loss of someone held so deeply. "There'll never be another you."
